Certified Health Coach
With over 15 years experience, Lauren has been Long Island's premier eating and exercise coach. She completed a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science & Health Promotion from Cabrini University and a Master’s degree in Applied Nutrition with a concentration in Sports Nutrition from Canisius College. She also completed a dietetic internship at Brooklyn College, where she gained invaluable experience working with different patient populations with a variety of medical conditions including diabetes, GI disorders, hypertension and cardiovascular disease. Lauren is also a certified health coach.
After establishing Nutrition Sliced in 2012, she partnered with primary care physicians, holistic medical facilities, corporate businesses, wellness centers and sports teams across Long Island and New York City to help individuals with all different backgrounds and body types. In 2016, she decided to take these nutrition services virtual expanding the range of people that can be helped.

Brittany is a graduate from SUNY Oneonta with a degree in Communications. Over the past few years, she has decided to change career paths and pursue her passion in the field of nutrition. She is currently studying to become a Registered Dietitian. With a high interest in fitness and a passion for healthy eating, she loves to help guide her peers in the right direction to live a balanced lifestyle.
With Brittany's vast communication background, she actively assists in Nutrition Sliced's social media accounts, workshops and clinics. When she’s not studying or keeping up with what’s current in the nutrition industry, she enjoys running, playing with her puppy, and watching the Food Network.

Frankie is a graduate from Suffolk County Community College’s A.A.S. Dietetic Technician program. She is currently studying towards her Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics at Queens College. She hopes to one day become a Registered Dietitian and help others live a healthy lifestyle.
Her passion for nutrition was clear from a young age, as she has always loved health and food. Frankie assists in Nutrition Sliced's boot camps, team programs and social media marketing. In her free time, she loves to hike, visit local farmers markets and cook for her friends and family.
