In our 30 minute appointment we will discuss your past medical history, family history, current blood work and personal nutrition/fitness goals. At this time, I will answer any questions and explain the process of nutrition coaching.

This plan will work for you if:

You're ready to begin making lifestyle changes for the first time or need help getting back on track with your existing program.

 

In our initial 60 minute appointment we will analyze your 4-day food log to measure any nutritional deficiencies. We will design a customized lifestyle plan, which may include specific diet recommendations, supplements, grocery lists, tips for reducing stress and potentially increasing exercise.

This package also includes 60 minute initial appointment and 3 additional 30 minute follow up visits to evaluate progress and make adjustments to your program. Follow up appointments are generally scheduled 2-4 weeks after initial appointment, depending on your needs. It also includes unlimited email and text support whenever you have a question or need extra motivation to stay on track.

Teens: Adolescence is an important time of physical and mental growth. If you're interested in nutrition clinics for your teenager's sports team, Girl/Boy Scouts or clubs, then this is the service for you! Clinics and workshops are specifically designed for teenagers to transform their eating habits and improve their self-esteem.

Corporate: A healthy lifestyle begins with nutrition. By engaging staff in health based education and team building activities, they will increase productivity and create a better work environment.  Services include 60 minute seminars, one on one counseling and/or group fitness challenges.

This plan will work for you if:

You feel overwhelmed by trying to figure how to lose weight on top of wedding planning, working a full-time job and maintaining what little of your social life you have left.

 

This bridal body service is designed specifically for women, men and bridesmaids who want to look and feel great on their wedding day. With our 16 week one-on-one program brides will be given meal plans, shopping lists, recipes, weekly exercise plans and strategic goal plan for their big day.

*Discounted rates will be offered for brides who sign up with someone else!

Personal Training

This plan will work for you if:

You're looking for a personalized fitness plan to coincide with your healthy eating habits.

 

In our 60 minute personal training session, we will focus on your fitness goals through strength training, endurance training and stretching.  You will learn the fundamentals of exercise for continued success.

Sessions are conducted one-on-one or with a friend. They can be done in the convenience of your home, at a local partnering gym or at a set public location. No equipment necessary.
