One-on-one or Small Group
In our 60 minute personal training session, we will focus on your fitness goals through strength training, endurance training and stretching. You will learn the fundamentals of exercise for continued success.
Sessions are conducted one-on-one or with a friend. They can be done in the convenience of your home, at a local partnering gym or at a set public location. No equipment necessary.
Additional fee for small group may apply.
Packages include: Single session, 5 sessions or 10 sessions
